This presentation will discuss state-of-the-art strategies for reentering the workforce and tips for managing opportunities and barriers typically encountered during this process for both women and men. Trends in assisting people with workforce reentry will also be shared from the presenter’s career coaching practice.

Topics to be covered include: 

  • Assessing readiness, skill sets, and career direction
  • Updating résumés and LinkedIn profiles
  • Relationship building and job searching; enhancing one’s emotional intelligence and confidence
  • Work-life balance


About the Presenter: Jennifer Magnabosco, AB’85, AM’85‚Äč

Jennifer Magnabosco, AB’85, AM’85, is a certified career and leadership coach, consultant, and workshop trainer with a focus on leadership development, career transitions, and emotional intelligence. She is certified as a leadership and life transitions coach by the Hudson Institute of Coaching, an associate certified coach by the International Coaching Federation, a career coach by GetFive, an emotional intelligence practitioner by Learning in Action Technologies, an EQi 2.0 coach by Multi-Health Systems, and a mental health first aid instructor by the National Council for Behavioral Health. Magnabosco also holds a PhD from Columbia University.
