Barry's and Brunch: Free Class
Come work out with fellow alums at a free Barry's class at their newest studio in the South Bay. Optional self-host brunch to follow.
Barry's Bootcamp has generously offered us fifteen free spots in their Sunday, September 30, 11:30 a.m. class to celebrate the opening of their newest studio! The class will be a full-body workout.
Barry's is a high intensity interval workout featuring treadmill running/jogging, floor weight lifting, and body conditioning. It's open to all levels, and instructors coach the class through the moves and proper form - so first timers have no need to worry! Everything is modifiable.
If you're not a fan of running, there may be double-floor spots available, where you can spend the entire class conditioning. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you think you'd like this option.

Class will start promptly at 11:30 a.m. Please arrive at least twenty minutes in advance to ensure you're set up and ready at your spot, especially if you've never been to Barry's.
What to bring:
The studio has just about everything you'll need. Bring a water bottle and clothes to change into, but Barry's has towels, showers, soap, etc.
Stick around for a self-host lunch at Mendocino Farms, Superba, True Food, or another spot in the area.
